You will need to decide on the communty, the builder, the floor plan and finally all the options that you would like to add. Some builders will include certain options and/or offer a credit toward other options. But they can add up fast increasing your purchase price significantly. You can not ask enough questions. And it is best to have a buyer's agent with you.

Ryan Homes Offers $1500 for Military Personnel Plus get $500 more...

Check it out! This coupled with the First Time Home Buyer's Tax Refund could be great for any military moving to Fort Lee. Specifics are on the Ryan Homes website (click the title of this post)although I do not see any deadlines. There are 7 communities that qualify. They are Castleton, Cypress Woods, Watermark, Stoney Glen South, Adams Park, Silverleaf and Belfair Townes. These communities run from $130's to the upper $200's. If you use me as your Buyer's Agent, I will match their offer with an additional $500 for all offers by 12/31/09 and closings by 1/31/09 The $500 will be applied to closing costs at closing, and proof of military status required
