The process of buying and building a new home can be very intimidating and very exciting. You will need to decide on the communty, the builder, the floor plan and finally all the options that you would like to add. Some builders will include certain options and/or offer a credit toward other options. But they can add up fast increasing your purchase price significantly. You can not ask enough questions. And it is best to have a buyer's agent with you.

New Market Village in East End

This Sunday is the Grand Opening Celebration of New Market Village.  These are Townhouses with garages starting at $170,000.  They will have food, children's activities and 104.7 will be there from 12-2.
So if you are in the market for a townhouse check it out.
Directions:
I64 to Laburnum south, pass White Oak Village about 2.5 miles and turn right on Darbytown. Take immediate left into New Market Village.
