The process of buying and building a new home can be very intimidating and very exciting. The mere thought of a gorgeous kitchen, huge closets, open floor plan and all the other modern amenities will lure the best of us into the impeccably staged model homes of the builders. You will need to decide on the communty, the builder, the floor plan and finally all the options that you would like to add. Some builders will include certain options and/or offer a credit toward other options. But they can add up fast increasing your purchase price significantly. You can not ask enough questions. And it is best to have a buyer's agent with you.

Richmond Magazine's Real Estate Website

There is no reason to re-invent the wheel so when I came across Richmond Magazine's Subdivision List I decided to post it for your use.  It's really easy...just click on the area on the map and you will get information about the area and a list of subdivisions.   And check out the other articles on the page...great advise for buyers and sellers.
